Cancellation Policy

Policy 1: iCareCoach Coaching Booking Policy Scheduling and delivery Sessions are delivered by Zoom unless we agree otherwise in writing. Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling, cancellations, late arrival, and no shows You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the session start time. Changes inside 48 hours are treated as a late cancellation and the session is counted as used. If you are late, we will hold the call for 10 minutes. The session still ends at the scheduled end time. No shows are counted as used sessions. Monthly payment plans Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already processed are non refundable, except where required by law. Lump sum payments Lump sum payments reserve capacity in our calendar and include upfront diagnostic and planning time. If you cancel before the kickoff session, we may refund the amount paid minus reasonable administrative and diagnostic work already completed, except where required by law. After kickoff, refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law. Scope Coaching is advisory and educational. You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, and all clinical care. Policy 2: iCareCoach Clarity Call Booking Policy Clarity Calls are complimentary and delivered by Zoom. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before the start time. Changes inside 48 hours may result in the time being released and the booking link being paused for repeat no shows.
